Keen amateurs have, furthermore, been playing orchestral music in the region for at least a hundred years.

This concert spotlights some of the Kymi Sinfonietta’s own players under its leader Raymond Cox. Many will recognise them from their charismatic performances on social media. Mozart’s Sinfonia concertante brings out the finest characteristics of each of the solo instruments, drawing them together in a work that is full of playfulness and delightful humour.
